Keeping your lighting, wreaths and garland lit throughout the holiday season is important to both you and us. Our service includes maintenance throughout the season in case a bulb or bulbs go out. Our commitment to you is that we will respond in less than 24 hours once you have contacted us. In over 90% of the service calls we perform, the problem is one of three things:
The GFI has tripped
The circuit breaker has tripped
The timer is out of sync or defective
We are happy to come out anytime there is a malfunction. However, for your own benefit and to keep the lights on, we have developed a 5 minute YouTube video so that in less than 5 minutes, you can get the lights back on. We are not looking to put you to work, but to keep your lights on. Call us anytime you need us to come out to service your holiday lighting display.
